Founded in 2021, Odin is on a mission to provide individuals and communities worldwide with the ultimate set of tools to connect, collaborate and invest in the future the way they see it.

Odin is used by founders, angel syndicates, and venture capital firms to raise money from their network. It handles legal structures, anti-money-laundering, banking, payments, regulation, and other processes on behalf of its users.

Investors can invest as little as $1,000 in a startup via Odin’s platform. Odin then rolls up all investors into one legal entity.

Odin will soon be launching an angel marketplace and the ability to invest in venture capital firms via its platform.
