Eugene is an inventor, biotechnologist and entrepreneur based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Holding postgraduate degrees in Biochemistry and engaged in active research in the field of computer vision for Biomedical Engineering at multiple South African and UK institutions, he has co-founded two VC-backed startups that pursue multi-cancer early detection and co-morbidity diagnostics from multiple biochemical and -physical perspectives.
