Paulina is a Biomedical Data Science graduate student at Stanford passionate about designing statistical frameworks to deconvolve high-dimensional biomedical datasets from different modalities. She is particularly interested in understanding visual sensory processing, having experienced visual impairment herself.
She holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in drug discovery, being an early stage employee at multiple biotech startups as well as a data scientist at Genentech/Roche. Outside of the lab, she enjoys playing tennis, piano, and traveling.
